Hi! I'm Aaron Larks-Stanford.
Years of experience as a labor lawyer brought me satisfaction, but I’ve found even deeper rewards helping people resolve their disputes – especially within families. Litigation can tear family bonds apart, and helping preserve those relationships is really meaningful to me.
A Los Angeles native, I went to law school and worked in Washington, DC. After living and traveling overseas for two years, I eventually returned to Southern California, where I built my career and made my home.
Trained and certified by the California Academy of Mediation Professionals and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, I developed the skills to help people resolve their disputes. And as a court mediator, I’ve helped parties resolve neighbor-neighbor conflicts, landlord-tenant disputes, intra-organizational conflicts, and business and employment issues.
I look forward to working with you to find creative solutions to your disputes!
